So many stories about the extraordinary ways you are helping elies, and the whole eco system, at Panda! Always a joy and privilege to spend time with you.

So amazing that the wild eles brought Samson back for treatment ! I've heard similar wondrous stories from Sheldrick Trust's stockades in Tsavo where a wild adult bull elephant never before having contact with humans showed up when he needed help.

Truly remarkable! And such a privilege for us to be considered a safe place where elephants can find refuge.

What a wonderful suite of stories. Could I suggest next time you have a chat, you run vision of people working with the elephants at the Nima? Photogenic as you all are, nothing beats an Ellie!

Also, would love to see just day to day stuff. Feeding them, cleaning out the stables ( no smell-a-vision please!), at both the facilities.

Such a wonderful thing you are doing!

Thank you so much Chris for these ideas! It's very helpful to know what you'd like to know about... As you can imagine we have a plethora of stories to share!

The next Substack will be featuring the Carers who work with the elephants - no smell-a-vision, we promise :)

Love the stories. So amazing how they know they can come back for help. We have underestimated animal behaviour for years. It ' is so good to get an inside view from people who are daily with the elephants and passing on this information to us all. It is appreciated. Thank you to all involved
