Thanks so much Daria .. We are truly lucky to live with these wild creatures, despite the nervous rashes that they sometimes have occasion to cause!! Much love and kisses for those wild ponies! xxx

A lovely hoot! Always amusing in hindsight! I think the trick is to skip the embarrassment and worry phase and go straight to the funny phase, although I not sure how many brownie points you would earn for laughing before the dust has settled!

Hindsight is indeed a wonderful thing, Chris. One should always exhibit due empathy and shock at the right moment, even if one is in stitches inside! There have been many of those occasions. Most often, when unsuspecting children are fiercely gripping the browse branches to feed the giraffe, only to find themselves airborne! Mums don't find it very funny!

Okay thats it … will print and read these wildlife shenanigans every time I am having a bad day …. oh to have been present ….. truly brilliant… Hollywood should be enticed to make a movie of your Wildlife wedding parties

I am truly in stitches ❤️👍😊

Wonderful stories! I would expect no less from those dear creatures. After all it’s their home and antics with guests can be quite entertaining. No doubt they picked up on the wedding flurry and angst and just wanted their part in it! Hilarious! Merry Christmas 🎄🎁

Dear Catherine! Thank you! Exactly, the animals certainly pick up on the energy, sometimes frenetic at social functions. I think the animals all think we are completely barmy! Happy Christmas to you too! xxx

I love these stories! They remind me to laugh - no matter what! Underneath all of them, connecting each story, is the joy that runs throughout - thank you! All the best to you and yours!

Dear Charlene. I agree ... the ability to laugh is critical and I often need to remind myself of it too. The problem is that when I get nervous, I often start the chuckles at the most inopportune of moments. Get's me into a spot of bother sometimes. Thank you for supporting us!

A dull, conventional wedding perfectly executed does not make a good story for posterity. I envy you(sometimes) your interesting life among the animals.
